Delivery and installation

Do you deliver?

Yes, delivery of new products can be arranged at our Cool World stores at the time of purchase. Please ask our Cool World staff for details of delivery terms and conditions.

Can you connect and set up my new appliances?

Yes, the Thermocool team are well trained to take care of installation requirements for any Thermocool products. Please contact Thermocool customer care for more details at 0700-THERMOCOOL (8437662665).

Can you disconnect and take away my old applicances?

We are able to help you to disconnect old appliances as part of our installation service, however, we do not currently offer a disposal service.
