Who says you can’t have your cake and eat it? Plan this New Year with these few tips to stay fit and manage your schedules.

Having a busy schedule and eating healthy seems almost impossible. Balancing a busy and demanding schedule with a healthy eating habit is quite hard to maintain.

Here a few tips to help you begin and maintain a healthy eating habit.

  1. Cook your meal ahead of time.

One of the best things you can do is to prepare meals for the next day or the whole week the day before. You can achieve this by preparing meals for the week during the weekends. Buy plastic containers where you can put your food and store in your freezer. All you need to do is pick one bowl of food on your way to work each morning.

It’s also important to note that cooking your meals with a Haier Thermocool Cooker can also ensure faster cooking as you can cook more meals for storage all at once. You don’t have to wait for one meal to finish before you begin another, thanks to the multiple burners on the cooker.

  1. Eat lots of fruits and vegetables:

Eat 2 to 3 servings of fruit and 5 to 7 servings of vegetables each day. Yeah, you are quite busy and so you usually don’t have time to always shop for fruits. You can set aside some time during the weekend to get the fruits and store them in your refrigerator to keep them fresh. You can also blend the fruits into a smoothie. This is much healthier than taking processed/refined fruits that come in form of carton juice. Your smoothie stays even fresher when you keep it a Haier Thermocool refrigerator

  1. Drink plenty of water to stay hydrated:

A lot of people forget to take water when they are busy. The body needs water to carry out its functions, especially brain function. Ensure you begin your day with a glass of water. You can also get a water bottle to help you drink more water as you work. Always remember to pause at intervals to drink water so that you can work more efficiently and effectively.

  1. Have a meal timetable

When you don’t plan what to eat, it becomes difficult to eat healthy especially with a busy schedule. You would most likely eat junks when you don’t have a meal timetable. With a meal timetable, you can plan your meal for a week, two weeks or even a month. You can mix up the right kinds of food to ensure a balanced diet.

Following all the aforementioned tips will indeed ensure you eat well even with an extremely busy schedule. Don’t forget to share this with a friend or colleague to help them eat well too.
